Key Responsibilities Are you currently transitioning from the US Armed Services and seeking a training assignment in the Financial Services Industry? UBS is seeking individuals like you to participate in our SkillBridge training program. Only transitioning services members approved for DOD SkillBridge will be considered Keep management systems up-to-date with client information Educate clients on account services and capabilities Help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities The team You’ll be working in New York City with a Financial Advisor team in a support staff capacity. As a Registered Client Associate, you’ll play an important role in servicing clients and supporting the business. Your Skills And Experience SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses Ideally 2-3 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector Bachelor degree preferred, focusing on finance Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills Detail oriented (nothing gets past you) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite At UBS, we appreciate our Veterans and are committed to providing opportunities in Financial Services.
