Sr. Coordinator, Marketing Operations

About The Role Plays a critical support role in PRC operations, supporting PRC Managers to execute promotional review processes and maintain marketing operations systems. Coordinates cross-functional review workflows while supporting adherence to regulatory requirements and ensuring documentation accuracy. Requires proficiency in marketing operations platforms, including Veeva Vault PromoMats and Adobe Workfront. Your Contributions (include, But Are Not Limited To) Coordinate internal review and approval processes for promotional materials (timelines, PRC meetings, documentation). Coordinate cross-functional review timelines; assess priorities; escalade or support resolution of conflicts. Support regulatory compliance by validating and transferring approved materials for regulatory submission. Maintain promotional collateral repository (lifecycle tracking and expiration management). Analyze PRC and system performance metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements. Provide training and guidance on PRC procedures and systems. Administer inventory and fulfillment of promotional materials (tracking, ordering, expired material destruction). Coordinate print production; support tracking of brand print budgets. Support digital asset management system organization and maintenance. Troubleshoot user issues; document changes; act as resource for system users. Administer Veeva Vault PromoMats and Adobe Workfront (user provisioning, metadata updates, workflow support). Create and maintain user guides, work instructions, and training materials. Coordinate with fulfillment vendors; monitor ordering activity; analyze metrics. Maintain Marketing Operations SharePoint sites. Other duties as assigned. Requirements BS/BA in marketing, communications, or life sciences + 4+ years relevant experience (or equivalent). OR Master’s degree + 2+ related experience. Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing operations and regulatory requirements for promotional materials. Working knowledge of pharmaceutical promotional regulatory requirements/guidance. Experience in print production. Experience supporting promotional material review with medical, legal, and regulatory stakeholders. Proficiency with Veeva Vault (PromoMats) and Adobe Workfront (or similar tools). Strong communication/facilitation, problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines, build cross-functional relationships, and work independently and collaboratively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
