Angular Web Developer / Lead

Overview: Job Title: Angular Web Developer / Lead Location: Remote initially; upon conversion, must be onsite in Miami 4 days per week (Fridays remote) Type: 6-month contract-to-hire Coding Test: Required Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Angular Developer/Lead to join our team and contribute to a multi-brand, guest-facing web application. This role requires strong technical expertise in Angular and related frameworks, with the ability to both code daily and provide leadership to the team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain features within an Angular monorepo using NgRx state management , Apollo GraphQL , and shared component libraries.
- Build components leveraging Angular standalone component architecture across shared and feature-specific libraries.
- Implement and manage NgRx stores, effects, and actions for complex state management.
- Work with Stencil-based web components for shared UI elements such as payments, login, and loyalty.
- Write and maintain unit tests (Jest) and end-to-end tests (Cypress) , including accessibility testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and actively contribute to innovation within the team.
- 6-10 years of professional experience in web development.
- Strong expertise in Angular , AEM , and GraphQL .
- Experience working in monorepo environments .
- Ability to be hands-on with coding while also guiding and mentoring team members.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or Copilot.
- Strong problem-solving skills and openness to learning new technologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
