Are you a reliable, positive, and motivated leader who enjoys working with people and keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Restaurant General Manager to join our Willoughby Tropical Smoothie Café team!

This is a great opportunity for someone with restaurant leadership experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll help lead the team, oversee daily operations, and make sure our guests have a great experience every time they visit.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, support, and motivate the café team
• Help manage daily operations and keep the café running smoothly
• Provide friendly, excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness, food quality, and safety standards
• Help train and develop team members
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and ordering
• Lead by example and create a positive team environment

Requirements

• At least 1 year of restaurant or leadership experience
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable and willing to lead by example
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• High school diploma preferred, but not required
