One Health is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dedicated team at our Chinook/Harlem clinics. If you're passionate about rural health care and want to make a meaningful impact in a tight-knit community, this is the opportunity for you!

Location: Chinook/Harlem Schedule: Full-time | Days will be split between Chinook and Harlem Clinics

Salary: $105,083 - $123,905/year (DOE) *New grad will come in at $105,083

About the Role

As a PA or NP at One Health, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated health services.
  • Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention.

Qualifications

  • Licensed in Montana as a PA or FNP
  • Registered or registry-eligible with the DEA
  • Valid driver's license
  • Preferred: 3–5 years of clinical experience
