As we continue to grow, we're looking for a rock-star Automotive A or B level Technician to join our enthusiastic team!ScheduleA&B is proud to offer the following scheduling options to promote work life balance for our employees:Standard Monday-Friday 5 day work week, or4 day work week available with some weekend scheduling (work no more than half your weekends, 2 out of 5 anticipated).About the RoleAs an Automotive Technician at A&B Import Auto, you'll be part of a team dedicated to precision, integrity, and exceptional service. We specialize in European and import vehicles, but work on all makes and models — giving you the opportunity to grow your diagnostic skills across a wide variety of platforms. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in their work, values clean and efficient processes, and enjoys being part of a shop that sets a high standard in both technical ability and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnosis & Repair: Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, with an emphasis on European and import brands. Utilize factory-level scan tools, lab scopes, and other diagnostic equipment.Preventative Maintenance & Safety Checks: Complete scheduled maintenance services, courtesy inspections, and safety-related evaluations to ensure customer vehicles remain reliable and roadworthy.Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing technical training, ASE certification programs, and brand-specific education to stay current with automotive technology and best practices.Support a Clean & Safe Work Environment: Follow all safety protocols.
