Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients to evaluate their mental health status, diagnosing conditions based on DSM-5 criteria.

• Facilitate weekly therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based techniques to support clients in managing their symptoms.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will encompass a diverse patient population dealing with various mental health issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds and tailor interventions to suit their specific life challenges is vital in fostering effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid state counseling license (LPC) in New Jersey.

• Proven clinical experience, preferably in a telehealth or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
