With proximity to Des Moines and neighboring communities, ACHS stands out for its close-knit, community-focused approach to healthcare. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the supportive small-town environments of Greenfield and Stuart.
Job Opportunity Details:
- Join a team of one Physician and three APP's
- See and average of 18-24 patients/day
- 4-day work week
- Serving patients of all ages
- Practice Mix: Continuity, Pediatrics, Nursing Home
- ED/Inpatient coverage optional
- Outpatient lifestyle - friendly call

- Base Salary: $290,000
