Meat Cutter
Responsible for meat operation including but not limited to preparing, storing, cutting, cleaning, and serving meat.
Essential functions include monitoring food distribution, cleaning and sterilizing dishes and equipment, maintaining coolers and displays, observing shift hours, providing customer service, maintaining communication with the meat manager, controlling shrink, recording hours worked, monitoring food preparation and serving, assisting in inventory and ordering, ensuring proper temperature and safety procedures, and cleaning and maintaining the meat department.
Position qualifications include accountability, adaptability, autonomy, communication, creativity, customer orientation, detail orientation, energy, enthusiasm, friendliness, motivation, organization, patience, presentation skills, reliability, self-motivation, and time management.
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: No prior experience necessary
Physical demands include lifting, standing, walking, sitting, handling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
