Join Our Leasing Team in Atlanta, GA! Are you passionate about helping individuals and families find their rental property they can safely call home? Upfrnt USA Inc is seeking a compassionate and driven individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant in Atlanta, GA. Key Responsibilities: Assist prospective tenants in finding the perfect rental property that meets their needs and budget. Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about available units, amenities, and leasing terms. Process rental applications, conduct credit and background checks, and assist with lease agreements. Respond to inquiries from current tenants regarding lease renewals, maintenance requests, and general property information. Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to ensure a positive living experience for all residents. Qualifications: Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience in management of housing in affordable housing.
