$80,000–$100,000+ Base Salary (Highly Negotiable) + Uncapped Commission + Bonus + Full Benefits

Our client, a leading provider of industrial pumps, fluid handling equipment, and engineered process solutions , is seeking a Technical Outside Sales Representative to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced industrial sales professional who enjoys developing new business, managing customer relationships, and providing technical equipment solutions to manufacturing, municipal, commercial, and industrial customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business while growing and managing existing customer accounts
• Build relationships with manufacturing, industrial, municipal, and commercial customers
• Recommend industrial pumps, fluid handling equipment, and engineered solutions based on customer needs
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Prepare quotes, pricing, proposals, and equipment recommendations
• Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and competitive solutions
• Consistently achieve and exceed territory sales goals

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience selling industrial pumps, fluid handling equipment, rotating equipment, process equipment, valves, mechanical seals, or other engineered industrial products
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand customer applications and recommend technical solutions
• Experience calling on manufacturing plants, municipalities, OEMs, engineering firms, contractors, or industrial facilities
• Proven success developing new business through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building
• Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage a sales territory
