Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions using machine learning, statistics, and advanced analytics.
- Identify business opportunities through data analysis and optimization.
- Build, test, and validate predictive models and algorithms.
- Conduct A/B tests and evaluate model performance.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights.
- Collaborate across teams to deploy and monitor models in production.
- Explore new data sources, tools, and technologies to improve capabilities.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Skilled in Python, R, MATLAB, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience with large datasets and data platforms (Hadoop, SAS, Teradata, etc.).
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Candidates must be based in the Metro Detroit area; sponsorship is not available for this role.
