Construction Project Manager

The PROCEDEO Group is seeking a full‑time Construction Project Manager to serve our higher education clients in the Denton, Texas area. The role is full‑time, in person, exempt, and offers full benefits (health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) match). Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Overall project delivery (scope, cost, schedule, quality, information management) across multiple assignments from programming and design through construction and warranty. Oversee, manage, and administer contract agreements for architects, consultants, contractors, and other vendors. Monitor project budgets, schedules, scope development, design and construction contracts, documents, procedures, controls, and invoices. Assist the Design Manager with design review and CMAR cost estimate review. Collaborate, communicate, and problem‑solve with architecture/engineering and construction teams. Manage construction closeout process and warranty period. Required Qualifications and Skills Professional degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field. 5+ years of program management experience in educational facilities, preferably higher‑education campuses. 10+ years of experience in architecture or commercial construction. Understanding and experience with design review and permitting. Experience with construction procurement and bidding. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
