Duties Review, analyze, and draft complex documents accurately and efficiently. Manage multiple matters and tasks simultaneously. Communicate effectively with clients and supervising attorneys. Engage in client development activities. Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff. Requirements Currently admitted to practice law in Nebraska or able to be admitted within one year. 2 or more years of relevant transactional practice experience. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Active bar license in good standing. Skills Strong analytical reasoning skills. Excellent organizational and matter management skills.
