About the Role:
As Shop Help, you will support the production process by moving, measuring, and organizing metal tubing to meet daily output targets. You will work closely with machine operators and supervisors to ensure materials are correctly prepared, handled, and staged, directly contributing to safe, efficient operations on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:
* Push, move, and position related materials throughout the production area as directed.
* Use basic measuring tools (including tape measures) to verify tube lengths and dimensions.
* Follow verbal and written instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
* Maintain a clean, organized work area to support safety and workflow efficiency.
* Assist with loading and unloading materials from racks, carts, or machines.
* Monitor material flow and communicate any issues or shortages to the supervisor.
* Adhere to all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and use of PPE.

Key Requirements:
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
* Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the entire duration of the shift.
* Strong work ethic with a consistent, reliable attendance record.
* Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities.
* Willingness to work in an industrial/manufacturing setting with physical labor.

Desirable Skills:
* Ability to use a tape measure confidently for precise measurements.
* Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment.
* Familiarity with basic material handling practices and safety procedures.
