REFRESH'D has changed how freeze-drying is done. This is a technology company as much as it is a CPG company. For now, REFRESH'D makes candy out of real fruit. Strawberries, grapes, mangos, pineapples and blueberries, picked ripe, Infuz'd with sour all the way through and freeze-dried until they crunch (with many product lines coming soon). We are a proven team with billions in revenue from past companies in Salt Lake City with a Shopify store, a TikTok Shop, retail starting with major retailers, and a back-of-bag ingredient list that starts with the fruit. We launched 3 weeks ago and have significant momentum. This is a high-paced and exciting, but demanding role. The role in one line You run our social channels, you shoot and edit most of what goes on them, and you design the rest. Social media manager first. Video and design second. What you will do Own the calendar on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and Pinterest, and keep it full: a steady weekly cadence that does not slip when it is busy. Shoot, edit and caption short-form video yourself, in the kitchen and on location, with a hook that earns the first two seconds. Run the creator and UGC program end to end: find creators, send product, brief them, track what they post, and turn the best of it into TikTok Shop content that sells. Keep TikTok Shop stocked with video, live-ready assets and affiliate briefs, and watch what converts. Design in the brand system we already have (palette, type, stickers): stills, carousels, story frames, Pinterest pins, the occasional retail one-pager. Answer the comments and the DMs in the brand's voice, every day, and tell us what people keep asking. Report monthly on what grew, what sold and what to stop, with numbers, and change the plan when the numbers say so. Keep every post inside our copy rules and our claims rules. We are proud of the ingredient list, and we never overstate it. What you bring Experience running social channels for a consumer brand, with preferably at least one account you can show us growing under your hands. You have shot and edited vertical video on a phone, a lot, and you can cut a 20-second piece in CapCut or Premiere without help. Real design ability: Canva for speed, Adobe when it matters, and the judgment to work inside a system instead of around it. You write short. You can land a caption in one line and leave the second line out. You read analytics and act on them. You know the difference between a view and a sale. You have run, or been inside, a creator or affiliate program. A portfolio. Links to accounts you ran and videos you made yourself. Nice to have TikTok Shop or Amazon Influencer experience on the brand side. Food, beverage or candy content, especially product on a table and hands in frame. Basic photography and lighting for product stills. Pinterest experience with a catalog feed. Comfort on camera. Not required, but the fruit is more fun with a face. How we work Small team, short meetings, decisions made the same day. You will work directly with the founder and executive team.
