LifeSkills Connection, Inc. is hiring an Accountant to help prepare and examine financial records across our multi-entity organization. You'll work closely with our VP of Finance, our company CPA, and our Corporate Finance Operations Manager — a genuinely collaborative finance team, not a solo back-office role. What You'll Do Prepare and examine financial statements across multiple entities for accuracy and compliance Perform monthly reconciliations and support month-end/year-end close Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment runs Support tax preparation in coordination with our company CPA Maintain and reconcile the general ledger across all entities in QuickBooks Online Spot opportunities to reduce costs, improve processes, and strengthen financial operations Support payroll processing and reconciliations alongside our HR team What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, plus 2 years of accounting experience Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and strong Excel skills Multi-entity or fund accounting experience a plus, not required Federal contract accounting or government cost accounting experience a plus, not required CPA, CMA, or similar certification a plus, not required Why LifeSkills Connection Our mission is to create change and add value to individuals and organizations by building relationships and inspiring human growth and development.
