Description

We work hard to make sure our patients have the latest in treatment options. Our commitment is to provide the highest quality of comprehensive eye care! We are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team. Worried you don't have any experience? No problem, our rockstar front desk team is willing to train the right candidate.

This is a Monday - Friday, Day Shift position... No Weekends and No Holidays! Occasional travel expected to Overland Park and Belton practices as needed

You'll be a great fit if you find joy in :

Answering phone calls from patients, referring doctors and vendors
Having face to face interactions with patients to verify demographic and health insurance information
Updating data in an Electronic Health Record
Collecting payments of all types including cash, checks, and credit cards
Prepping paperwork, mailings, and clerical duties
Scheduling appointments and managing the office schedule
