Calibration Technician

Calibration TechnicianThe successful candidate will work in the Quality Department and be responsible for the administration and calibration of M&TE (Measuring and Test Equipment) to technical specifications.Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Calibration Technician to work out of its new, state-of-the-art facility in Mesa.The key responsibilities of this Calibration Technician include, but are not limited to:Maintaining traceability to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology)Develop and update procedures, and ensures documentation conforms to Quality Systems requirementsUnderstand, create and maintain records, reports and work instructionsCommunicate effectively and work with others for calibration support and schedulingGenerate KPI reportsThe Location:Mesa, AZ25 minutes from Phoenix, AZThe Person:The key skills and qualities of a Calibration Technician at Amphenol Aerospace Operations:Minimum of 3 years' experience in equal or related fieldHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience on ISO/IEC 17025 and ANSI Z-540Experience troubleshooting, testing, calibrating, adjusting, monitoring devicesExperience performing calibrations such as temperatures, electrical, mechanical, dimensional, etc.Experience conducting uncertainty analysis is a plusAmphenol Aerospace Operations has been a leader in designing and manufacturing electrical components for the aviation and commercial airplane industry for over 100 years.
