Our ideal Outside Sales Professional is outgoing, focused, and a motivated individual with excellent listening skills. You will deliver an extraordinary customer experience, have a strong desire to succeed, and the ability to develop lasting relationships. You should have skills to close sales through a consultative sales approach.

This is a B2B sales position that requires daily prospecting. We offer base plus commission, 8% of gross sales on subcontracted work, 12% of gross sales on in-house projects, Monday through Friday (Saturday by appointment), an inside sales team member to partner with on project management, a fun environment to achieve success, no commission cap (you can sell as much as you want), and 2 weeks vacation/PTO after 90 days.
