Entry-Level Production Associate (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Location: Everett, WA

Pay: $20.77/hr + Overtime

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (training shift)
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Sunday–Thursday)
• Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Friday–Sunday)

 

Entry-Level Aerospace Manufacturing Role – Paid Training Provided

We're hiring Production Associates, Manufacturing Associates, General Labor Workers, and Production Operators to support a growing aerospace manufacturing facility.

This is a hands-on role focused on masking, inspection, material handling, racking, and preparing aerospace parts for production . No aerospace experience is required—paid training is provided. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or general labor , as well as individuals looking to start a career in aerospace manufacturing.

We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members who enjoy hands-on work and can thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

 

What You’ll Do

• Apply masking tape, caps, plugs, and coatings to parts
• Inspect parts before and after masking for quality and defects
• Hang, rack, and un-rack parts for production processing
• Move parts through production and track completed work
• Follow work instructions, technique cards, and basic blueprints
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with packing, cleaning, and other production tasks

 

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• Reliable attendance and ability to show up on time every shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environment
• Good attention to detail (important for masking and inspection)
• Willingness to work overtime and different departments as needed
• Ability to stand, move, and work with your hands throughout shift

Preferred:

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience
• Experience with masking, packing, or assembly work
• Ability to follow work orders or basic instructions

Work Environment

Manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and occasional exposure to chemicals and odors. PPE may be required (provided). Role involves standing, moving parts, and working in a team-based production setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.77 - $20.77/hr.
