As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining specific store inventory, continually building the business through excellent customer experience and quality work. A few characteristics that make our Repair Technicians successful: Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles, able to provide an excellent customer experience, approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, encouraging, passionate, and committed to helping customers. Handles customer service issues effectively. Initiative: Identifies opportunities and issues, follows through on work activities, learns quickly, and develops knowledge and skills including product, store operations, sales, and leadership. Selling: Works through GC certification program to gain understanding of products and sales techniques. Training: Effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques for retention.
