Part Time Caregiver

Needing Caregivers for: Greene, Madison, Orange and Charlottesville areas

Role Overview:

As a Part Time Caregiver at Visiting Angels Charlottesville, you will be responsible for providing personal care and joyful companionship to our clients. In this role, youll collaborate closely with families to ensure their loved ones receive the highest quality of care. Whether you work directly in clients' homes, youll have the flexibility to adapt to their unique needs and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver compassionate personal care to clients as needed.
2. Provide companionship and support to enhance clients' quality of life.
3. Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
4. Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior.
5. Maintain open communication with families and the Visiting Angels team.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Certification or License: CNA, PCA, HHA, NA
2. Prior experience in caregiving or a related field.
3. Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English.
4. Compassionate nature and a desire to help others.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications such as CPR or First Aid.
2. Are bilingual or have additional language skills.
3. Have experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Part-Time, available days and/or weekends.

Location:

This position is in the Charlottesville, Virginia areas.
