You’ll guide daily merchandising and inventory flow, keep displays on-brand, and make smart, quick calls to protect the guest experience and the numbers.Required qualifications/skills:Must be 18 years of age or olderAbility to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishStrong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skillsInventory management and basic financial tracking experienceAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent customer service and communication skillsActive, hands-on MOD role requiring continuous floor presenceWork flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays as neededHigh School diploma/GED or equivalent educationPrevious experience in arcade management, amusement operations, or retail merchandisingDemonstrated ability to act as sole MOD when assignedBilingual preferred, but not required Duties and ResponsibilitiesArcade Operations & Management:Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) for the full duration of scheduled shiftMaintain continuous oversight of arcade operations, staff performance, and guest experience while on dutyOpen and close the arcade according to company proceduresSupervise, train, schedule, and coach arcade staffEnforce company policies, safety procedures and guest service standardsHandle guest concerns, incidents, and escalated service issues promptly and professionallyMonitor game performance and coordinate maintenance and repairsEnsure compliance with all local regulations and company policiesMerchandising & Redemption Management:Manage all prize and redemption merchandise inventoryOrder, receive, price, and display prizes to maximize appeal and redemption valueMaintain organized prize rooms and redemption countersTrack inventory levels, shrinkage, and usage trendsConduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepanciesCreate visually appealing prize displays that drive player engagementEnsure prizes are age-appropriate, safe, and aligned with brand standardsFinancial & Administrative:Monitor redemption costs and maintain target prize cost percentagesHandle cash control, ticket counts, and point/ticket balancesPrepare inventory and operational reports as requiredAssist with budgeting, audits, and cost-control initiativesGuest Experience & Sales Support:Actively lead the floor as MOD during peak and non-peak hoursPromote arcade programs, specials, and eventsSupport birthday parties, group events, and special promotionsEnsure games, redemption counters, and floor areas are adequately staffedPerforms other related duties as assigned by Management. Ready to make the arcade shine?
