Senior Traffic Incident Management Specialist Location: Austin, TX Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Traffic Incident Management (TIM) Specialist to join our team in Austin, TX. Responsibilities Participates in the delivery of National TIM Responder and/or other first responder training. Assists in maintaining trainee training records and uploading virtual training records. Assists with vehicle, facility, and equipment field inspections and other program documentation. Other administrative support duties as assigned. Communicates with internal and external stakeholders and maintains appropriate relationships. Supports AtkinsRéalis staff with regional duties when stationed resources are limited. Performs effective client management, tracks deliverables, follows contract scope, and maintains high standards of behavior and performance in compliance with AtkinsRéalis policies. Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary. About You Bachelor's degree in a related field with 7 years of relevant experience. A graduate degree is desirable. Management coursework or an MBA is a plus. Without a Bachelor’s degree, this level may be achieved with 11 years of experience in law enforcement, incident management, and/or other emergency response. Strong interpersonal skills, good public speaking ability, and personal computer proficiency. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Additional Information Expected compensation range: $45.00 - $52.88 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
