Join this well‑established, single‑site practice serving a patient population of around 15,000, based just outside of Bristol. The role is full‑time ideally, though part‑time hours may be discussed and agreed upon if that is your preference. As the Lead Nurse you will be a well‑established practice nurse with a solid clinical background, and you will have experience in developing practice services, managing a clinical team, and general knowledge of internal HR procedures. Responsibilities include: Providing strategic clinical leadership and management to the practice team. Developing and implementing practice services and quality improvement initiatives. Overseeing day‑to‑day clinical operations and ensuring compliance with NHS standards. Qualifications and experience required: Proven leadership/managerial experience within a clinical setting Diabetes or Respiratory Diploma (DESIRABLE) Prescribing Qualification (DESIRABLE) General treatment room skills, including Cytology, Baby/Travel Immunisations, Vaccinations, etc. Benefits include NHS employee benefits such as pension contributions and group indemnity.
