Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Proven experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in pediatric, school, or healthcare environments
- Familiarity with teletherapy methods for flexible, student-centered service delivery
- In-depth understanding of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and goal writing
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to create motivating, individualized therapy plans for diverse learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Design and adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of each student served in the center-based program
- Offer consultative support and guidance to teachers and families regarding communication strategies
- Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to increase access to services
- Stay current with best practices and educational policies relevant to school-based SLPs
