Receiving Clerk

Receiving ClerkPegasus Northwest located in Kent, WA is currently looking for a Receiving Clerk to join our team in a fast paced and rewarding environment. Job duties include:Examines articles for defects and sorts articles according to extent of defect.Attaches identification data onto article.Records factors causing goods to be returned.Unloads and unpacks incoming shipments.Utilize a personal computer system to conduct warehouse operations, communicate with others, and extract information and process reports for management personnelInform management of concerns regarding problems in the receiving area. Assist with ideas for improvements to this area as well.Receive all incoming deliveries, inspect parts/material the same day as received.Write up material tags for customer jobs.Professional and courteous communication with potential and existing clientele.Skills / Knowledge:Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)Have a good computer skillsExperience working with Excel and WordAbility to multi task in a dynamic, fast moving environmentAbility to work independently and prioritize responsibilitiesMust be a team player with a positive and professional dispositionAbility to stand for long periods of time, ability to bend and squat throughout an 8-hour shiftForklift Experience
