• Number of Beds - 26
• Number of Staff 52
• Type of staff: Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) AT minimum 1 charge, 3 nurses and an ORT Night Shift - AT minimum 1 charge, 3 nurses and an ORT
• Patient Ratios 1:4 for antepartum patients and 1:1 or 1:2 for labors -Estimated ratios, not guaranteed
• Type of equipment - Alaris pumps EMR Meditech, CPN charting system

• Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
• Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Antepartum/high risk L&D experience At least 2 years L&D experience
• Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Mom baby or Couplet care experience
• List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Laboring patients, antepartums, C/S, Cerclages, EDOB patients
• Best personality Fit: Flexible Able to work autonomously
