Established and Collaborative Cancer Program: Work within a well-established community cancer program that offers comprehensive medical and radiation oncology services in a supportive, highly collaborative environment. Blend of Community Practice and Academic Connection: Focus on outpatient clinical care while benefiting from direct access to Vanderbilt tumor boards, subspecialists, clinical trials, and advanced resources. Outpatient-Focused with Low Inpatient Burden: Enjoy a predominantly outpatient practice supported by a seasoned team of advanced practice providers (APPs) who initiate consults and provide inpatient support under your guidance. Favorable Call Structure: Physicians share manageable call coverage with strong APP support to ensure a sustainable, work-life balance.
