Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Mina Baie is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to bridge finance, marketing, and operations with real-time data. You will own rolling forecasts, mid-month re-forecasts, and lifecycle budgeting while partnering with leadership to ensure financial decisions align with business goals. Lead inventory costing, COGS analysis, and forecast reliability, collaborating with the COO, Founder, and external bookkeeping partners.
