  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • \n
  • Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • \n
  • Stay current with the latest research and developments in mental health therapies, adapting practices accordingly to improve client outcomes.
  • \n
Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a wide-ranging client base from various backgrounds. You will work with individuals experiencing acute mental health issues, long-term mental health challenges, and those seeking preventive care. Our holistic approach allows you to tailor your interventions to the unique circumstances of each patient, making every interaction insightful and meaningful.

Qualifications\n
    \n
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • \n
  • Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon is essential.

  • \n
  • The ability to work collectively within a multidisciplinary team framework, enhancing coordination of care.
  • \n
Preferred Experience\n
    \n
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a preference for experience in a telehealth or outpatient setting.
  • \n
  • Proficient in delivering individual and group therapy to a diverse client population, showcasing adaptability and cultural competence.
