Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to pediatric patients as instructed by physicians.
• Administer treatments and monitor patient responses to therapies.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current TN license required at the time of submission.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric respiratory experience required.
• Driver’s license must be included with submission.
• Compliance with NLC guidelines required.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
