Senior Sales Manager

Are you a high-impact, channel-focused sales leader ready to drive growth for an award-winning provider of professional AV, education, and video collaboration solutions?
Our client, an established technology solutions provider, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive regional revenue growth and market expansion.
Major Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets across multiple industry verticals
- Build, manage, and close a qualified pipeline with disciplined forecasting and reporting
- Grow the partner channel and strengthen relationships with resellers and distributors
- Lead executive-level customer and partner meetings and strategic account reviews
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Finance
- Mentor peers and partners
- Lead and drive sales team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience;
- Several years of progressive sales leadership experience with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Hunter mentality
- Strong channel/partner experience and executive presence
- Willingness to travel as needed, up to 50%
- Deep AV experience, track record of providing ProAV solutions to large complex organizations
