Job Description Skills Efficient troubleshooting skills Ability to speak and write in fluent English Knowledge of routing, Windows 2003 & 2008 Server, and Active Directory Mastery of Windows 7 Confident, polished, and professional mannerism required Qualifications Degree in computer related area a plus Microsoft certification required (MCTS, MCSA or similar). Candidates without certification will be considered, however he/she must obtain certification within 90 days of hire. Other optional certifications: CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Linux+, vendor specifications (e.g. Sonicwall CSSA) Additional Information Travel is limited mostly to Connecticut.
