Restaurant Director of Operations Requirements & Responsibilities:

5+ years in a current Director-level titled role
Currently overseeing 8+ full-service restaurant locations
Extensive experience with liquor, beer and wine programs
Expert with financials, budgets, forecasts and cost control
Soft Skills Requirements:
- Excellent integrity and character
- Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities
- Charismatic, motivational and high-energy
- Clear and articulate communication style
- Servant and hands-on leadership style

Restaurant Director of Operations Preferred Background and Skills:

Current experience working for a big box, national, casual restaurant chain
Experience with local community networking
Currently residing in Charlotte or Raleigh market
