Today, Andy's is the premier appliance repair company in the St. Louis Metro area providing fast and reliable repair and parts for all major brands. This is a fast paced full-time position in our customer service department. We are looking for someone with a warm, empathetic, and kind personality. Someone that also possesses strong communication and organization skills, is capable of taking direction, taking initiative for finding and completing tasks, has excellent attendance, professionalism, and computer proficiency. We want someone who can provide an all around excellent customer experience! Typical daily tasks include receiving calls and written inquiries from potential or existing customers, responding to any questions or concerns, scheduling, routing technicians, checking in special order parts, ordering stock parts and returning parts to vendors. This person will also be required to commute to Columbia, MO once per week (in a company vehicle) as well as occasionally deliver a part to a technician. The typical week is Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00.
