  - Process customer orders from entry through delivery
  -  Coordinate deliveries and communicate updates with customers and internal teams
  - Assist with billing, invoicing, credits, and pricing adjustments
  - Maintain accurate records, reports, and customer information
  - Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
  - Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
  - Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Excel
  - Support team members with additional customer service and administrative duties as needed
