Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points, observe activity across the property, and help to deter unauthorized behavior, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity through visible presence and professional interaction.
• Support daily operations by communicating with property management and/or local responders as needed, assisting with crowd flow, and addressing customer concerns related to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
