We’re seeking an Events & Catering Sales Coordinator who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to build a career in hospitality sales and events. The ideal candidate brings at least six months of administrative or coordinator experience, strong communication skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Previous Delphi experience and a background in hotel sales are highly preferred. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy supporting a collaborative team, and are excited to grow your hospitality career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Monday through Friday schedule with weekends based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Provide exceptional client service: Respond to inquiries, manage calls and emails, and provide timely, professional support throughout the event planning process
• Support the sales process: Assist with client meetings and site inspections, and help deliver a seamless planning experience from proposal through execution
• Coordinate event logistics: Input and update event details in booking systems, coordinate site visits, and arrange VIP services
• Prepare and distribute documents: Create and share Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), group resumes, menus, diagrams, and post-event reports to ensure alignment across teams
• Stay organized and detail-focused: Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and maintain accurate records to support high-quality service and operational efficiency
