BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Floater Physical Therapist to join our Hikes Point, KY team! Summary: We are looking for a versatile and motivated Floater Physical Therapist to support our network of outpatient clinics in the Eastern Louisville, KY area. This role is ideal for a licensed PT who enjoys variety in their workday and is comfortable adapting to different clinic environments and patient populations. The Floater PT will provide high-quality, evidence-based care ensuring seamless support between our teams on the eastern side of Louisville clinics. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, collaborate with experienced clinicians, and contribute to a patient-centered care model that emphasizes functional outcomes and long-term wellness. Join our team to make a difference that your community will feel for years to come! Key Responsibilities Develop a personalized treatment plan with measurable goals and alter as needed. Float between outpatient clinics within the designated region to provide coverage for vacations, leaves, or increased patient volume. Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, sports medicine, post-surgical, and chronic pain patients. Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and home programs to support recovery and long‑term wellness. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure continuity and quality of care. Contribute to a positive clinic culture and patient experience, even in short‑term assignments.
