Job Title: Truck Loader Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Statesville, NC Pay: $13.50 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM Weekly Pay!

Job Summary: We are seeking dependable and hardworking Truck Loaders / Tape Seal Operators to join our production team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, have experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, and are committed to safety and quality. The selected candidate will assist with loading and unloading trucks, operating tape-sealing equipment, and supporting daily production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load and unload freight from trucks in a timely manner
• Operate material handling equipment as needed
• Operate tape-sealing machines to securely package products
• Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
• Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating tape-sealing machines or similar production equipment
• Experience with material handling equipment
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
• Flexibility to perform a variety of warehouse and production tasks
