Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily dispatch activities for the company's private fleet.
• Develop, optimize, and adjust delivery routes to maximize efficiency and service levels.
• Re-route trucks as needed based on customer demands, traffic conditions, and operational changes.
• Coordinate truck loading activities to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with warehouse operations to maintain product availability and shipment accuracy.
• Ensure deliveries to medical device customers are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Manage driver schedules, route assignments, and fleet utilization.
• Analyze transportation metrics and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
• Collaborate with customer service, warehouse, and operations teams to support business objectives and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company safety standards.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience supervising logistics, transportation, or dispatch operations for a company-owned fleet.
• Experience managing truck routes, dispatching drivers, and optimizing delivery schedules.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and shipping processes.
• Proven ability to efficiently route and re-route vehicles to meet customer demands.
• Experience serving medical device, healthcare, manufacturing, or other time-sensitive customer environments is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment.
