We are seeking a Recruiter for our Warren, MI headquarters focused on recruiting for Drivers and Mechanics for Hercules Materials Holdings and Conlan Tire . We are seeking an entry level, aggressive, forward thinking and highly motivated candidate to work in a fast-paced environment. If you love a challenge and are looking for a rewarding career, the Recruiting opportunity may be right for you. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Full life cycle of recruiting and staffing on a regional basis for Drivers and Mechanics
- Sourcing to screening and reviewing applications, tracking applicants and the final interviews
- Internal Data Maintenance utilizing the company's HRIS system and Microsoft Access
- Daily administrative functions as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in the business, human resources, management, operations or transportation field
- High aptitude for technology, strong skill sets with Microsoft applications
- Strong detail orientation and self-motivation
- Must possess effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in an ever-changing environment.
