Senior Building Engineer - Onsite HVAC & Systems Lead

CBRE seeks a Senior Building Engineer in Kansas City to maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across a 70K sq ft campus. You’ll perform repairs, monitor operations, and mentor others while applying codes and safety standards. You’ll lead outside contractors, develop preventive maintenance and energy management programs, review inspections, and support CBRE’s safety and reliability goals.
