Manager of Statistical Programming

Natera

Natera seeks a Manager of Statistical Programming to lead statistical programming deliverables for oncology diagnostic trials and regulatory submissions. This role involves overseeing analysis datasets and figures, managing a programming team, and developing R-based tools while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead statistical programming deliverables including analysis datasets and regulatory tables ensuring data integrity and FDA compliance
Manage statistical programmers team, overseeing technical development while contributing hands-on programming work
Serve as primary programming lead for regulatory submissions such as 510(k), CTA/CDx, and PMA
Develop and maintain R packages and Shiny dashboards for data review and analysis exploration
Collaborate cross-functionally with biostatistics, data management, and clinical science teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years related experience with at least 3 years in clinical trial analysis
3+ years R programming experience including package development
Proficiency in analysis dataset and TLF generation
Experience with NGS, genetics, or oncology diagnostics preferred

Compensation: $132,000–$165,350 USD
