As a Charter Bus Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers. If you have a strong driving record and a commitment to excellent customer service, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Safely operate motorcoaches on assigned charter routes and schedules. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. Provide information and assistance to passengers as needed. Ensure a pleasant and comfortable travel experience for all passengers. Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the motorcoach. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies. Report any vehicle maintenance needs or incidents to the maintenance team. Qualifications Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with passenger endorsement (P) and airbrake endorsement. Minimum of 2 years of motorcoach or similar large vehicle driving experience. Clean driving record. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle long hours and flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
