Required Skills Demonstrated expertise in Gastroenterology diagnoses: assessment, intervention, and patient care management. Knowledgeable regarding a Gastroenterology Physician scope of practice. Experience performing and interpreting Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP and Pathology Results. Demonstrated experience with ERCP preferred. Preferred training in ERCP, EGD and Colonoscopies of at least 10-12 a year. Ability to consult for Gastroenterology assessments within 10+ hours of requests. Fellow or certification from American Association of Gastroenterology. Demonstrated leadership abilities. Excellent customer service skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal and conflict resolution abilities. Independent performer. Required Skills And Experience Current California Medical license or eligible Graduate from an accredited Medical School Graduate from an accredited Internal Medicine Residency program. Graduate from an accredited Gastroenterology Fellowship program. Evidence of continuing education and self-development to support license requirements Board Certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine Subspecialty Certification from the American Board of Gastroenterology Board certified or board eligible.
