Indoff is growing, and the Recruiter role plays a key part in building the pipeline by connecting with sales professionals and owners. In this onsite position in St. Louis, MO, you will focus on sourcing and outreach, maintaining accurate activity details, and reporting results to support continued hiring momentum. Working with a provided prospect database, you will reach out by text program, phone, and email to share what a sales career with Indoff looks like and to send additional information to prospects. Your day-to-day effectiveness will show up in how well you manage outreach data in your CRM and keep reporting details up to date in Google Sheets. What you will do Outreach: Contact prospective sales professionals via a text program, phone, and email to explain the benefits and details of a sales position with Indoff, and share more information about the career. Use provided prospects: Work from a database of prospect names that will be supplied to you. Manage activity in a CRM: Use a CRM program to access your call calendar, input information, and update records to reflect your actions. Track daily outreach: Keep track of outreach attempts throughout the day and enter them into a Google Sheet. Collect and aggregate results: Continue collecting data on outcomes from personal outreach and periodically aggregate the information for reporting. Contribute ideas: Share unique ideas you think could lead to success in the outreach process. What you bring Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent hours at a technical school or 4-year college. Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Productivity tools: Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office programs. Comfort with volume: Ability to comfortably speak with multiple prospects a day. Work style: Comfortable with taking initiative and using a hands-off management approach.
