Membership Sales Ambassador I

Job Details: Location: The Woodlands, TX 77381. Position Type: Part Time. Travel Percentage: None. Job Category: Sales. Position Summary Ambassadors sell memberships by presenting club features, benefits, services, programs, and fees to potential members in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Focus on building relationships with prospective and new members through outreach activity to generate and nurture new membership leads. Participate in local and community events as representatives of Villa Sport to raise public awareness of the club. Maintain a high level of visibility and approachability within the club, proactively greeting and assisting members whenever needed. Compensation and Benefits Hourly pay based on relevant experience, plus commission on sales. 401(k) with dollar‑for‑dollar match up to 4%. Complimentary club membership. Discounts on club products and services. Qualifications Skilled at providing memorable tours in a warm, helpful, friendly, low‑pressure way. Strong sales skills with ability to connect and sell to potential members of all ages and backgrounds. Basic skills in MS Word and Excel, and ability to learn and use new software (e.g., POS system, intranet). Experience in lead generation, lead nurturing, and closing (sales experience) is a plus. Experience in five‑star hospitality or customer service positions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; great listening skills. Comfortable communicating with prospective and new members. Polished phone skills. Maintains checklists and to‑do lists, completing assignments on time. Can handle multiple concurrent projects and work with minimal supervision. Organized, neat workplace; works with minimal supervision; takes initiative. Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime. Team player with positive outlook and genuine demeanor. High School diploma required. College experience or degree is a plus, but not required.
